Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RideLoop, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience for all users. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, refunds, and usage-related adjustments on the platform.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Usage Start
  • Users may cancel a booking before the scheduled start time.
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the time of cancellation as outlined below.
After Service Start
  • No refunds will be applicable once the ride/usage has started.

2. Refund Structure (Time Based)

More than 24 hours before the ride start:
100% refund
Between 24 hours and 6 hours before the ride start:
50% refund
Less than 6 hours before the ride start or in case of a no-show:
No refund

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical booking failure
  • Service unavailable after confirmation
  • Cancellation initiated by RideLoop

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Early completion of usage by the user
  • Violation of RideLoop Terms & Conditions
  • Any penalties, traffic fines, or legal violations
  • Damage caused during usage
  • No-show after booking
  • Convenience fee (if applicable)

5. Security Deposit Refund

  • Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after usage completion. Refund is subject to vehicle condition verification
  • Any applicable deductions may be made for damages, delays, or violations
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

6. Refund Processing Time

  • Online payments: 5–7 working days
  • UPI / Wallets: 3–5 working days
  • Bank transfers: 5–10 working days

7. User Responsibilities (Return Conditions)

Users must:

  • Complete usage within the agreed time
  • Maintain proper vehicle condition
  • Return the vehicle and any accessories in the same condition as received

8. RideLoop Cancellation

RideLoop reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of:

  • Safety concerns
  • Fraud or suspicious activity
  • Policy violations
  • In such cases, a full refund will be issued

9. Important Declaration

“RideLoop is a technology platform and does not own, operate, or control any vehicle listed on the platform.”
