Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RideLoop, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience for all users. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, refunds, and usage-related adjustments on the platform.
1. Cancellation Policy
Before Usage Start
- Users may cancel a booking before the scheduled start time.
- Refund eligibility will depend on the time of cancellation as outlined below.
After Service Start
- No refunds will be applicable once the ride/usage has started.
2. Refund Structure (Time Based)
More than 24 hours before the ride start:
100% refund
Between 24 hours and 6 hours before the ride start:
50% refund
Less than 6 hours before the ride start or in case of a no-show:
No refund
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical booking failure
- Service unavailable after confirmation
- Cancellation initiated by RideLoop
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Early completion of usage by the user
- Violation of RideLoop Terms & Conditions
- Any penalties, traffic fines, or legal violations
- Damage caused during usage
- No-show after booking
- Convenience fee (if applicable)
5. Security Deposit Refund
- Security deposit (if applicable) will be refunded after usage completion. Refund is subject to vehicle condition verification
- Any applicable deductions may be made for damages, delays, or violations
- Processing time: 5–7 working days
6. Refund Processing Time
- Online payments: 5–7 working days
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 working days
- Bank transfers: 5–10 working days
7. User Responsibilities (Return Conditions)
Users must:
- Complete usage within the agreed time
- Maintain proper vehicle condition
- Return the vehicle and any accessories in the same condition as received
8. RideLoop Cancellation
RideLoop reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of:
- Safety concerns
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Policy violations
- In such cases, a full refund will be issued
9. Important Declaration
“RideLoop is a technology platform and does not own, operate, or control any vehicle listed on the platform.”
